Become a lasting part of the revitalized Stanley A. Milner Library by purchasing a seat in the iconic Muttart Theatre. Your $2,020 donation will secure your own seat, with a personalized plaque displayed on the back for 20 years.
The plaque can include a name, quote, or message of your choosing, creating a meaningful tribute in the heart of the library.
With only 199 seats available, it’s first-pledged, first-selected, so don’t wait! At the end of 20 years, you’ll have the first right of refusal to renew your seat.

Each seat costs $2,020. When all of the seats sell out, the campaign will have raised about $500,000 to support the Stanley A. Milner Library .

Plaques will be maintained for 20 years, at which time donors will be given first right of refusal to renew.

Yes! You can put your name, a family name, a tribute name (in honour or in memory of someone) or even a group name (such as a community league or book club) on the seat. Seat plates will be business card sized, and allow for up to three rows of text (20 characters per row).

Yes! As long as the donations amount to $2,020, a group of people may donate and "buy" a seat. The group will have to agree on recognition, and charitable receipts will be issued to individual donors based on documentation provided by the group coordinator. For information about coordinating a group donation, please contact give@epl.ca.

Yes! We will gladly provide a card to send to your recipient indicating that a seat has been donated in their honour.

We are happy to provide you with the recognition you want! If you'd like your name on your seat, but nowhere else, we can make that happen. We are happy to work with our donors to ensure the recognition provided is to their liking.
